Job Description

As a Sports Affiliate Manager with Swatch Group U.S., the position is responsible for developing, executing, and maximizing the impact of the brand's sports marketing partnerships throughout the United States. This role oversees the strategic activation and day-to-day management of professional sports partnerships, brand ambassadors, agency relationships, media opportunities, and event activations to drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and commercial performance. The Sports Affiliate Manager serves as the primary liaison between Tissot U.S., Global Headquarters, sports organizations, teams, athletes, agencies, and media partners to ensure successful execution of partnership objectives and alignment with brand strategy. Functie-eisen Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Sports Management, or a related field required. Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in sports marketing, partnership management, event marketing, public relations, or a related field. Strong knowledge of the U.S. sports industry and professional sports landscape. Experience managing large-scale events, sponsorship activations, or partnership programs. Demonstrated experience working with agencies, media partners, athletes, ambassadors, or major sports properties. Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups. Experience collaborating cross-functionally to execute business initiatives. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. Bilingual capabilities are preferred. Ability to travel up to up to 60% of the time. Physical Requirements: This position requires the ability to work in both office and field environments. The employee must be able to sit for extended periods while working on a computer, communicate effectively, attend meetings and events, and frequently stand, walk, reach, and use hands to handle materials. The position may require lifting and carrying materials weighing up to 25 pounds. Frequent travel is required to support events, meetings, activations, partners, and business objectives.
