MIG Welder Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift

• Perform precise MIG welding on steel components to construct durable automotive racks.* Operate a variety of hand tools efficiently and safely to support welding and assembly processes.* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station at all times.* Strictly adhere to all company safety protocols, including consistent use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).* Comply with company policies regarding lunch breaks, including clocking out when leaving the facility.* Contribute to a fast-paced production line, meeting quality standards and output goals.

MIG Welder Qualifications:

• Proven experience in MIG and steel welding techniques.* Demonstrated ability to perform effectively as a production line worker in a manufacturing setting.* Proficiency in using common hand tools relevant to welding and assembly.* Ability to stand comfortably for an entire 8-hour shift and perform repetitive tasks as needed.* Willingness and availability to work overtime when required to meet production demands.* Must own and provide your own welding hood.*
